In today’s age of tech devices and the need to stay connected, it is the utmost importance to your device working. However, inevitably something is dropped, chipped, or simply doesn’t work.

Jake Erickson, former Murray County Central graduate, has returned to Slayton from the Twin Cities. While there, Erickson managed the IDoctor which offered repairs to Iphone, Ipad, Ipod along with smart phones and tablets.

In April of 2016 Erickson returned home. Initially Erickson thought about opening his own business front right away but shied away from the idea not knowing what kind of call there would be.

Knowledge of his repair service spread as family members, friends and other associates began reaching out to him for their repair work.

With his dad, Steve, owning a building on Broadway of which only one side was being utilized, Erickson began planning his strategy to open his own business. “I believe there was an absence of this specific type of business here,” commented Erickson.

He along with his father began formatting a place on the south side of building which also houses 4 Paws Pet Grooming. Walls were constructed, a counter and work area built along with a nice white wall.
