For the past 30 years, Dale Pavlis has been in the auction and real estate business (R.E. broker in MN. & SD) Over this time period he has auctioned in 17 states including Alaska. Pavlis has done a wide variety of specialty auctions including classic cars, antiques, collectibles and real estate at auction.
“I often get asked if I do auctions anymore and most don’t know of my accomplishments away from here,” explained Pavlis. “I am very proud of these.”
Dale Pavlis of Hadley, MN, has worked with Yvette VanDerBrink at VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC. – a nationally recognized company. Yvette and her crew have been featured on TV and magazines. For the past 15 years, Pavlis has been part of the team at VanDerBrink Auction and is very proud of the part he has played in the growth of the company. “I think that I have brought a level of energy and character to the auctions. I have gained many experiences, fond memories, and good friends,” shared Pavlis. However, due to the travel and time commitments, Dale feels he has limited his local connections. As rewarding as his career has been, Pavlis feels it’s time to bring it home. “I’ve decided it’s time to go back to my roots and refocus my energies on being a local auctioneer once again,” Pavlis explains. With this in mind, Pavlis is in the process of creating a new website to promote his auction service as well as setting new goals. “I have some plans I want to pursue,” said Pavlis. Along with putting emphasis on Pavlis Auction and Realty, he will also be working with Dave Bosacker and others in the South Dakota, Minnesota, and North Dakota region.
