The Midwest Dairy Association treated the student body in attendance at the Fulda-Heron Lake-Okabena girls basketball game versus Murray County Central to free chocolate milk. The Association provided 200 jugs of the delicious beverage to help remind consumers milk contains nine essential nutrients that are critical a person’s health. Chocolate milk helps refuel muscles after exercise.
