When you have won one game over the past year and you have yet to win a game this season, one can’t complain when they come no matter the situation.
The MCC Rebel girls won a single game in the 2015-2016 season and this year the team had yet to win a game when they hosted the WWG Chargers last week. The Rebels and the Chargers played two close games a year ago with the Chargers winning both. Well a close game was expected between the two teams but with injuries to the Chargers top two post players the Rebels were the favorites to win their first game of the season.
Though the Rebels had yet to win a game this season they had played well for halves. They lost to RTR by a single point the previous week and had competed with solid defense. The hopes were that the defense could keep them in games and the offense would come along to the point where wins were not so hard to come by. Well last week the Rebels played one of their worst all around games of the season.
