On Thursday, April 20th, fifteen 5th and 6th grade students from MCC Elementary School participated in the regional Math Masters of Minnesota Challenge at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall. There were three teams competing in the competition.
Fifth grade team placed 4th out of 21 teams: Team members included Ben Ahlers, Lindsey Hause, Thomas Huso, Devin Landsman and Lauren Stoel.
Sixth grade team one placed 1st out of 26 teams: Team members included Kelly Bleyenberg, Jaden Deacon, Tanner Graphenteen, Derek Kluis, and Jackie Voss.
