St. Ann’s Knights of Columbus Council #2587 held its annual free its annual free throw contest on January 14th at the Murray County Central High School Gym. 38 boys and girls ages 9 to 14 participated in the contest. Tonight we have the winners present to receive recognition for their efforts. The winners are pictured above.
Each of these winners participated in the district competition of Sunday, January 28th in Slayton. Winners of the district competition were: Wyatt Thompson, Ava Deacon, Hudson Schryvers, Christian Tentinger, and Blake Schmitz. They will compete in the regional contest on March 4th in Adrian. Congratulations and good luck to these kids and please give them all a round of applause!
