For the 29th year, the National Geographic Society is holding the National Geography Bee for students in thousands of schools across the United States. The MCC Junior High Geography Bee took place last week the champion was Zach Schreier and the runner-up was Blake Schmitz. The champion of the MCC Junior High Geography Bee will advance to the next level of competition, a qualifying test to determine state competitors.
