On Thursday, January 10, eighteen students took part in the MCC 4th Grade and 5th/6th Grade Spelling Bee. In the 4th Grade bee, Jayden Gleis was the winner and Kaden Landsman was runner up. In the 5th/6th Grade bee, Lizzy Engelkes was the winner and Kennedy Burch was the runner up. By winning the 5th/6th-grade bee, Engelkes will move on to represent MCC at the regional Spelling Bee in Redwood Falls on Tuesday, February 5th. Congratulations Spellers!
