Warns residents of possible water shut-offs during Juniper Avenue project
By: Rebecca Hudson Murray County News Staffwriter

The Juniper Avenue street project scheduled this summer in Slayton will entail more extensive work on water lines than expected, City Clerk Josh Malchow reported at Monday’s city council meeting.  “It will be a bit of an issue,” he said, requiring city-wide water shut downs in order to complete the work.

The anticipated shutdowns are expected to run from 7:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. for a three-day consecutive period, most likely on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Malchow explained.
