The Slayton Police Department (SPD) assisted Nobles County Sheriff’s Office at 6:11 on the morning of February 26, 2014. A stalled and unattended vehicle was reported from the 3300 block of 130 Avenue in Nobles County. The owner was identified as living in Slayton. SPD made contact with the vehicle’s owner who indicated the vehicle had stalled. Arrangements were being made to have the vehicle towed.

Assistance was made to Murray County Ambulance (MCA) in the 2400 block of Maple Avenue at 9:27 that morning with an adult female who had fall, hit her head, and was having trouble breathing. Medical attention was provided. She was transported by MCA to Murray County Medical Center (MCMC) for treatment.
