Red rock conference play
Tuesday night for the MCC Rebels and the Fulda Raiders was a big game not because the two teams are competing for a conference title but because both teams were in desperate need of a victory. The Fulda Raiders had just one win in 11 games this season and had lost to the Rebels earlier.

The Rebels had five wins and ten losses entering the game and needed a win as they would have a very tough game on Friday night against the Ellsworth Panthers. If the Rebels have any hope of getting back to the 500 mark this season they need to get on a winning streak, something the Rebels have clearly not been able to do this season. If history had anything to do with Tuesday’s game it would be a tough back and forth battle that came down to the closing minutes. The good news for the Rebels is that this game was in hand much before that.
