SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER JUDGMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That by virtue of a judgment and decree entered in the above-entitled action on September 17, 2013, that there is due to the plaintiff the sum of $452,277.46 and interest thereon from the 26th day of September, 2013.

A certified copy of the judgment has been delivered by the Court to me, the Sheriff for the County of Murray, State of Minnesota, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy said judgment.

The Sheriff of Murray County at public auction will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 11, 2013, at 10:0 a.m. at the lobby of the Murray County Law Enforcement Center in the City of Slayton, County of Murray, State of Minnesota, to-wit:

The following land located in the County of Murray, State of Minnesota:

The East Forty-five (45) feet of Block One (1) and all of Block Two (2) of Valhalla Subdivision, Murray County, Minnesota, together with all right, title and interest in an easement dated October 2, 1978, recorded as microfilm Document No: 159887,

AND

All that part of Block 3 of the recorded plat of Valhalla Subdivision in Section 1, Township 107, Range 41, lying northerly of the easterly extension of the northerly line of Block 2 of said plat.

AND

Block 8 of the recorded plat of Valhalla Subdivision in Section 1, Township 107, Range 41.

AND

A tract of land in Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 107, Range 41, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 1: thence south along the easterly line of Sublot 4 and Sublot 5 and the westerly line of Sublot 3 and Sublot 2 of said Government Lot 4 a distance of 1138.78 feet; thence north 79 degrees 48 minutes west a distance of 15.70 feet; thence south 08 degrees 54 minutes west a distance of 48.74 feet; thence north 85 degrees 26 minutes west a distance of 18.00 feet to the point of beginning;

or so much as shall be necessary to satisfy said judgment, the interest thereon, and the costs and expenses of such sale; subject to redemption within six months from the date of confirmation of said sale.
