Student Council Happenings
The MCC High School Student Council is made up of two representatives from each grade 7-12 plus four officers. They meet at least once a month.  They have several activities going on at this time of the year.

It is National Education Week, so the Student Council is recognizing this also as Teacher Appreciation Week. We are doing daily activities for the teachers, including a breakfast on Wednesday morning. We are helping set up the American Education Celebration.

We have kicked off our annual Holiday Service Project.  This year we are joining the elementary students in collecting gifts for the Murray County Christmas Projects.  Students, families, and staff are invited to donate NEW toys, books, or hats & gloves that will be given to children ages birth to eleven.  Students in grades 7-12 should bring these items to their AP homeroom by November 26 and then the Student Council will deliver them.
