Most of my projects have been on hold because of the high temperatures or at least it's been a good excuse.
September has been warm but the odds are for cooler weather. The crops have gained ground on maturing and it may well be another good fall harvest. The forecast shows a drop in temperatures but nothing close to being cold. The change will comfort those sitting in a classroom without air conditioning.

Most of my projects have been on hold because of the high temperatures or at least it's been a good excuse. Now I will need to find a new one and most anything will work. In fact it seems I can get a lot more mileage out of most anything that qualifies as a project. Some weeks, just taking out the garbage can meet my standard of a project. Again we will blame it on the hot weather, which will give me some time to come up with another excuse.

Fulda has set the date for next years Wood Duck Festival for the the third full weekend in June next year on the 20, 21 and 22nd.
