It is hard to believe the end of the school year is nearing, I'm sure for some students it cannot come fast enough, but for others the year has gone by quickly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the school board, faculty, students, parents and community for the support I have received in my first year of service. We have many things to accomplish before the end of the school year and with the cooperation of parents, students and staff, I'm sure we will meet our goal.

The School Board has adopted the 2013-2014 school year calendar. Looking forward to the next school year, there will be some changes, primarily at the Elementary. Currently the school year is set to start on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, but if the Legislature gives the option to Districts to start before Labor Day, we will consider starting class on Monday, August 26, 2013.
