The MCC Rebel boys on Saturday night were on the road to play the Pipestone Arrows. The Rebels beat the Arrows a year ago in Slayton and with both teams struggling to get wins it was a chance for the Rebels to hopefully pull off the victory. The Arrows have a young team with some good sophomores on their varsity roster but unlike the Rebels they have some tall players to play on the low post and on the perimeter.

The Rebels have the older team and that helped in this game as the Rebels couldn’t make themselves taller but they were stronger at several positions which worked in their favor. The Rebels played a good game against the Arrows but like so many games for the Rebels as of late, they came up on the short end of the stick.
