come up just short against Panthers

On Tuesday night the Lady Rebels returned to the basketball floor after having nearly a week off to prepare themselves for the stretch run of the season. The Rebels hosted the TMB Panthers in a non-conference game. The Rebels and the Panthers have had some close games over the years and this game was to be no different with both teams trying their hardest get a victory. This was one of the most back and forth games of the season with both teams having leads just to see the other team come back and take the lead. In the end the Rebels came up short as the Panthers made key free throws to win the game.

This game was a lot like watching two kids on a teeter totter at the park. One team went up and soon they went down while the other would rise. Those are the games that the fans love to see because it usually is very competitive and in this case it was.
