Lucas Knutson, part-time physical education at MCC | Joins staff at Murray County Central |

As a new teacher fresh out of college, most want to start their new found career as soon as possible. Some teachers take some time finding a new job, where others, it’s only a matter of days. Lucas Knutson, 26 years old, recently was hired at Murray County Central and began his career as a teacher on his last day as a student. Knutson was born on November 17th, 1986 to Les and Cheryl Knutson, Heron Lake, Minnesota. He spent three years growing up with his older brothers Lance and Chad, and later got a younger sister, Chelsey. Knutson attended Southwest Star Concept. Prior to beginning high school, his youngest brother, Logan was born.
