The economic outlook in agriculture is relatively good. But, high prices, high input costs, and government uncertainty can combine to make farming a high-stakes proposition. The Southwest Minnesota Farm Business Management Association and University of Minnesota Extension will be offering two workshops in January, designed to assist producers in benchmarking their operations to make management decisions that will ultimately increase profits.
