NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
5:15 P.M. CITY OF SLAYTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Planning commission of the City of Slayton will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall meeting room, located at 2424 26th Street to consider the application of Doug Rupp for a conditional use permit for property described as Simpson Addition and Sublots Max; Part of Lots 13 & 14 containing 5.303 acres as described in Doc #160328. The property is located east of Highway 59 and east of the Lake Elsie area. Said property is located in a B-1 Business Highway District. The application, if approved, will permit using the property for the open or outdoor service, sale and rental of equipment as a primary or accessory use and also as a livestock sale barn and auction center. All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing on this matter.
