Grant Tjeerdsma | Grant’s essay: How Southwest Minnesota can be a better place |

Murray County Central student, Grant Tjeerdsma, Slayton was a sixth grade winner in the United For Good essay contest that was sponsored by the United Way of Southwest Minnesota. He is the son of Anne and Ryan Tjeerdsma.
Students in this area were invited to write about how all different types of people can work together to make this a better place to live. This was part of an essay contest that was sponsored by United Way of Southwest Minnesota and the Marshall Independent.
