After just passing the five month mark, construction at the Murray County Medical Center is progressing nicely.  What began on April 16 of this year, phase 1 of the project is complete and that means this Friday is moving day for the employees of the medical center.  The clinic will close on Friday afternoon, hospital administrator Mel Snow reports, allowing for employees to start moving into the new facility.  Plans are to have the physicians' offices in place by Monday morning and have the clinic operating then as well, with as little disruption as possible in service come Monday morning, Snow says.  Clinic users should continue to enter at the existing clinic door, and the hospital will rely upon help from the hospital auxiliary to escort patients from the door, down the hall, and into the new clinic facility.
