1964 - Dana James Pedersen - 2012
Dana Pedersen was born on August 6, 1964 in Slayton, Minnesota to James and Shirley Nelson Pedersen. He grew up in Slayton and graduated from Slayton High School in 1982. Following high school Dana remained in Slayton until 2008 when he moved to Marshall, Minnesota for a short time before returning to Slayton. In August 2012 Dana became a resident of the Golden Living Center-Slayton and passed away there on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the age of 48. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Slayton. Dana enjoyed spending time with his family, scrabble and crossword puzzles. Survivors include his mother Shirley Pedersen, Slayton, MN; one brother Drew Pedersen, Slayton and two nephews: Tyler Pedersen and Derrik Pedersen. He was preceded in death by his father, James Pedersen. Memorial services were held at Christ Lutheran Church in Slayton, MN on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ted Kunze officiating. The organist was LaDean Lang. Interment is at Slayton Memorial Gardens, Slayton, MN. To send condolences visit totzkefuneralhome.com. |
