NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY HEARING
PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT
MURRAY/COTTONWOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL DITCH 3
The Murray and Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners, acting as Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch No. 3, received a Petition for Improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §103E.215 and will conduct a Preliminary Hearing and receive the Preliminary Engineer’s Report on the petition. The Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center, Slayton MN.
