| Court Queen of Peace met September 25 beginning with a presentation by Dana Clarke on Food Safety for church events as well as at home. Following the Rosary 21 members enjoyed pizza. Regent Marlys Knuth called the meeting to order, led the flag pledge, and thanked members for helping with Meals-on-Wheels, the meal for Anointing of the Sick, and Corrine Zenk’s open house. The secretary and treasurer’s reports were read and approved. CDA Sunday is October 21. Members volunteered to help serve coffee, juice and rolls for the parish. Gummi Bears, a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, will also be available. The next meeting will be October 23. |
