Good week for the Buttermakers as they take home three wins
By Mark Zinnel

The Hadley Buttermakers had a successful week of play as they went 3-0 for the week. Here is the week's play recap:

Wednesday 6/27 at Minneota

The Buttermakers traveled to Minneota on Wednesday evening to take on the Mudhens in the hope of sweeping their season match-up in an important Gopher League game. Hadley's ace, Justin Reinsma took the mound for the Buttermakers.

Hadley got on the board first as they scored two runs in the first on a single by Max Zwart to take in 2-0 lead. In the bottom of the second, Minneota threatened to break through as they collected four hits, but a big out in the inning was when Hadley cut down a Mudhen runner at the plate. Reinsma was able to get out of the inning keeping the Mudhens scoreless and leaving the bases loaded with Mudhen runners.

In the third, Minneota finally scored and took the lead as they scored three times for a 3-2 lead.
