Public Health Services has scheduled an immunization clinic By appointment only for September 13, 2007, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Murray Public Health Services office at 2711 Broadway Avenue, Murray County Professional Building (Shetek Dental Office), in Slayton, Minnesota. These clinics are by appointment only. One immunization clinic per month will be held. All immunizations that are required for school attendance are available.
Public Health now has Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine and Hepatitis A vaccine available. Please bring your child's record of immunizations. Children under 18 who come to the clinic without a parent or guardian must bring along a permission letter signed by the parent or guardian in order to receive the shots. These clinics should not be substituted for well-child visits at the medical clinic. For an appointment or if you have any questions, please call 507-836-6486 or 1-888-837-6713.
