Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Pipestone Public Health Services (LLMP) will be offering hepatitis A vaccine to children older than 12 months of age and adults in Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Pipestone Counties in September. There will be a $13.00 administration fee. The hepatitis A vaccine is a series of two shots, to be given at least six months apart so we will be conducting a second clinic in March or April of 2008.
We will be requesting people to call to make appointments for the hepatitis A vaccination. The clinic will be held in Murray County at the LLMP Murray County Public Health Office on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is located in the Professional building at 2711 Broadway Avenue, in Slayton.
